Instructions and qualifications about returns and replacements

Qualification Requirements:

  • DOA or Defective Item RMA approval

Instructions:

  • Ship the DOA or Defective item back only after RMA approval.
  • Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package, if not, your package will be refused.
  • Include your PRO Memory Upgrade invoice number and the complete product.
  • For your protection, please use a shipping method that requires our signature.
  • Do NOT use a standard envelope; postal mailing machines will frequently damage or cause the product to be lost from the envelope.
  • The credit card charge will be reversed upon receipt of the DOA/Defective item.

  • Your Credit Card will be charged for the replacement part.
  • The replacement part will be shipped with a return shipping label.
  • The credit card charge will be reversed upon receipt of the DOA/Defective item.

  • Must have purchased less than 30 days from inquiry date
  • Return Item RMA Approval
  • Must be in original shipped new condition

  • You cannot return, only replace product unless it is defective. If there is a problem with your part, please follow our warranty replacements process on this page.

 If purchased less than 30 days ago:

  • Request a return material authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back.
  • Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package, if not, your package will be refused.
  • Include your PRO Memory Upgrade invoice number and the complete product.
