Well i got my product witch was sent fine. But once i got it i found i ordered the wrong one. So i called customer service about 100 times, left messages about 100 times and never got a call back. I want to exchange my memory but their costume service is so bad i cant make that happen. So basically i am stuck with a computer with not enough memory to run my Pro-tools and a product i cant use. Thanks Memory Pro for great customer service! |

Overall I am satisfied.
Delivery could have been faster though. I didn't pay for the fastest delivery, but I did pay for a business kind of delivery, and still it took a couple of days for it to ship.
The memory works fine though.

The memory arrived in 2 days it was super easy to install in to my late 09 Imac, the whole thing took about 15 minutes and it makes an immediate difference, especially when running VMware with Windoze on another screen. before my memory usage would be up to 90% while using the virtual machine and delay other applications, but now there is no lag whatsoever. On another note, memory upgrade was the cheapest supplier out there, and I searched for a few days. |
